I understand the TEMPORARY COVID – 19 CANCELLATIONS / DEPOSITS policy. (1) No painting or crafting on wooden or acrylic tables {folding tables are available for crafting stations}. (2) $150 refundable damage waiver is required for all rentals. (3) Pickup is available at the PSHQ for no extra charge. (4) For outdoor events without the shelter of a tent, if rain is predicted during your event, client is responsible for keeping the wooden and rattan pieces dry. (5) If you would like to cancel or postpone the rental prior to the day of your event, we will work diligently to reschedule for a new date. (6) During periods of severe weather conditions (heavy rain, high winds, storms etc), we reserve the right to cancel your rental. If conditions are not expected to be too severe we will proceed with your booking unless we hear from you. Credits do not apply should weather impact your rental after the items have been delivered.
