PARTY RENTAL DELIVERY DRIVER NEEDED FOR SATURDAY & SUNDAYS
(The Hamptons + Ocean and Monmouth Countries, NJ)
-WORK ONLY 4 SATURDAY'S (~$120 per day)— $15 per hour to start

-Paid Training (Most training takes between 2-3 weeks (unless driver already has experience with another jumper/bounce house company)
-Hours for delivery between 6 am -Noon. Pick up times vary between 5 pm-10 pm

PETITE SEATS BRAND STORYTELLER


Do you know what it takes to grow an online community? We're looking for a social media and videography intern to engage our social media followers using video. PETITE SEATS is a boutique children’s party rental company based in Denville, New Jersey. Our clients are high-end children’s party planners and parents looking to plan special events for their little ones.

We are currently searching for interns to begin in early May, preferably high school Seniors and college students. An intern’s duties include, but are not limited to:

  • Visual Storyteller of the Brand {Excellent communication skills and the ability to inform and entertain via written, oral and visual media.}

  • Must know how to shoot and edit

  • Must-Have Own Equipment {Experience with DSLR, audio, and video camera equipment and file formats} or be able to use a Sony ZV-1.

  • Have some experience with web video production and video editing

  • Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud (Premiere, After Effects, Photoshop, etc.) and/or Final Cut Pro or comparable programs

  • Experience in Marketing, Video Creative, and Graphic Design with strong skills in video editing, graphic design, and both written and oral communication

  • Incorporate music, sound effects, text, and motion graphics to support and give context to the story

  • Have the ability to contribute to the strategy and process-development level

  • Available to film and edit up to 2 vlog videos and one Instagram Reel per week

  • Experience running a YouTube channel

  • Build video content and film our Founder through her days to bring content to YouTube.

  • In-depth knowledge of Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook

  • Produce short-form promotional video content for Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok

  • Must have an eye for visuals, be flexible, accurate, attentive to detail, and deadline-oriented

  • An innovative self-starter with problem-solving skills, creativity, ambition, and a strong work ethic

Intern will work closely with the Creative Director and Founder, Onida Cruz. Applicants should be highly personable, detail-oriented, and available at least two full days per week. Excellent opportunity to gain experience and insight into a niche rental company. The ideal candidate is someone with both skills and passion for video production; skilled in videography, editing, and some graphic design; not afraid to interact with and interview others while operating the camera; understands and enjoys the challenge of providing value to our audience. Upon completion of the internship, we will provide a letter of recommendation that details the specifics of your role as well as your performance as an intern.

BOUNCE HOUSE ATTENDANT

Supervise children while playing in the bounce houses. Also, maintain the cleanliness of each of the bounce houses. Ensure the safety of the children and of the area surrounding the bounce houses.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES:

•Provide excellent guest service.

•Actively supports the company culture of creating a fun and entertaining experience for guests.

•Clean out any water or dirt from each of the bounce houses when you first arrive for your shift.

•Ensure the area surrounding the bounce houses is a safe at all times for children.

•Supervise the children playing and ensure that there are no more than seven children in either bounce house at any given time.

•Ensure all children are behaving appropriately and following the rules while in the bounce houses

•Other duties may be assigned.

LOGISTICS ASSISTANT (Remote)

Hourly Rate: Negotiable

Maximum Hours: 20 hours per week

Position Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Logistics Assistant to join our team. As a Logistics Assistant , you will play a crucial role in managing inquiries from clients, generating invoices, and updating our rental catalog. This position offers valuable hands-on experience in event logistics and customer service within the dynamic industry of kids' party rentals.


Responsibilities:

  • Responding to email inquiries from clients promptly and professionally.

  • Generating invoices accurately and in a timely manner based on client inquiries submitted through our website.

  • Updating and maintaining our online rental catalog with the latest inventory and pricing information.

  • Assisting with other logistics-related tasks and projects as needed.


Requirements:

  • Excellent written communication skills.

  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.

  • Proficiency in Canva for creating visually appealing content.

  • Familiarity with ChatGPT or similar AI chatbot platforms.

  • Ability to work independently and efficiently in a remote environment.

  • Enthusiasm for the events industry and a passion for creating memorable experiences for children.
